Hosting '4' All protects your resold clients. The network is maintained under an anonymous domain name, and you will have your own Name Servers, and will be able to customize your client's Control Panel with you own brand!
Hosting '4' All remains anonymous for each account you set-up as a reseller. This allows you to promote your company and resell our hosting services under your company name.

4) Technical Support

You will be the first point of contact for your clients. To help you manage your Clients support requests, your Clients can use your integrated trouble tickets system in their Control Panel.

If you are not able to answer your Clients support requests you can contact our technical support for those technical support issues you need assistance with. We will provide the answers which you can use to assist your clients.

The reason we pass this obligation onto our resellers is because in order for us to remain anonymous from their clients, our resellers need to provide these services. Technical support will be handled by the reseller, and not Hosting '4' All. If an issue is beyond the knowledge of the reseller, then he/she may escalate the issue by contacting us.

5) Billing

Billing is handled by charging the credit card of our resellers the appropriate amount for each resold account.
You bill your clients directly. You can even handle billing automatically in the billing module that comes with your Reseller account. To accept credit cards in real-time, you will need a merchant account and gateway access through one of the following:

CyberCash
Payflow Pro
Paradata
Link Point
Bibit
ePDQ
PayAndShop

It it is the responsibility of the reseller in order for us to remain anonymous to bill their own Clients. Furthermore, we only charge our resellers their wholesale rate, and we could not charge the rate at which they bill their clients.
